This can be one of the most important problems at work as you cannot get up the social ladder when your efforts go unnoticed.
Harassment- Workplace harassment is generally sexual harassment which most women have to face. This is one of the serious Problems at Work which women have to handle. But often men are also subjected to sexual harassment. This can be very dangerous and risky for women. One should never compromise with such situations however important might be the job. Try to avoid staying overtime in office all alone. Dont wander around alone as that might be risky. Take a firm stand if you the person is your boss. Make it very clear to him that you are not to tolerate all this nonsense. But even then if you have a problem then it is better that you leave.
Violence- Lastly among all the problems at work workplace violence is very important. Violence-physical assault, verbal abuse, or threatening behavior, or anything which according to the law is workplace violence. Workplace violence can have very harmful effects and results. Never try to adjust or sacrifice your dignity for your job. This type of problems at work should be never be neglected and people should take strict actions against such people.
Stuck in Wrong Career
Problems at work are plenty but this is something which is more of your problem which is related to work. Problems at work which you might face if you are stuck in the wrong job are that you find that your career has stagnated and you have lost all interest at work. You may be stuck in the wrong career but have not had the courage to accept the fact and do something about it to change the situation. Join some courses and enhance your skills and then go on to apply for more lucrative and interesting jobs which are made for you. Be sure about which way you want to go.
