Factory rules
Submited by- Team Sitagita on 20 Jul, 2011 CAREER WORKING WOMEN
- No adult worker shall be required to work in a factory for more than 48 hours in a week or more than 9 hours in a day.
- No worker shall be required to work in the first day of the week unless: He will have a holiday for a whole day on one of the three days immediately before or after the said day, or the manager of the factory has delivered a notice stating that that the worker is required to work on the said day.
