If you have mastered the first part of our lessons on the keyboard, then here are some more for you to tackle. Once you learn them, you will find the KEYBOARD an easy alternative when that mouse is giving you trouble, and you will not blink helplessly into your screen!

Cut selected text to the clipboard:

Ctrl + X

Copy selected text to the clipboard:

Ctrl + C

Paste text from the clipboard:

Ctrl + V

Move cursor word by word to right

Ctrl + right arrow

Mover cursor word by word to left

Ctrl + left arrow

Centre align a paragraph :

Ctrl + E

Justify a paragraph:

Ctrl + J

Left align a paragraph :

Ctrl + L

Right align a paragraph:

Ctrl + R

Move to the cell on the left (in a table):

Shift + Tab

Move to the cell on the right (in a table):

Tab

Move to the end of the document:

Ctrl + End

Move to the beginning of the document:

Ctrl + Home

Move to the point of previous revision:

Shift + F5

Print the active document:

Ctrl + P

Get help from the software:
