Recruitment: Banks regularly recruit Probationary Officers (POs) through the Banking Service Recruitment Board. The PO has a two-year stint in the regular banking operations, during which he has a close acquaintance with sectors dealing with , loan, foreign exchange, savings, current accounts and the legal cell.
