Today where women are competing with men head to head in every sphere of life, leading a business is not far from their approach. Well, it's hard to find women on top positions but the examples show that they prove more beneficial on corporate boards rather men. Women entrepreneurs have proven that they can bring more revenues and business. It will be surprising to know that women at higher positions are fewer in number and their count is decreasing day by day in spite of their great achievements. This is due to the changes that women need to inculcate in herself while moving on higher positions.

Women are overtaking men in almost every field, whether its academics or work field due to their natural talent. This is the first reason that is attracting companies to employ women at higher positions. The natural instinct of learning in women is quite high in comparison to men that help them become solutions for corporate. Women can find ways of growing the economy and keeping it stable.

Secondly, around 80% of consumers are women in finance, automobile, computing, and other sectors. They have raised their standard from mediocre to high level trendsetter and consumers. This is the reason for keeping women on higher positions as companies can make more money out of them. Brands are seeking more females at top positions such as management team, sales team, and others as to get more profit. Due to a large aggregate of women consumers, it makes sense to employ females at top positions as they can understand the requirements of the customers and implement new ideas effectively.

Third reason for hiring women at top positions is derived from a study that reveals organizations with more females at board positions are driving more profit than management with fewer females.

Though most of the companies have males at top positions, the scenario is changing worldwide. The leadership skills of women and their multitasking attitude help them acquire top notch positions in corporate. Women are capable of leading projects independently. Unfortunately, women with required qualifications, expertise, and experience fells short in front of men for many of the board positions. They are assisted by male board members at every stage of business that diminishes their presence.

The acceptance of female at top positions requires a much wider approach as most of the males feel uncomfortable working under female bosses. Even many of the females do not have a likelihood of entering the top positions as they need to develop skills for that. Women being more dedicated and perfectionist can handle the tasks of managing teams and implementing new ideas easily, that attracts companies to prefer them over men, but it is substantially hard to find, likewise. No doubt, women are giving their best in every field, but still they are overlooked by men. Moreover, the sex comparison should be diminished from the work culture to make women the real business ladies.
