I am 19, measure 5` 5 and am really heavy on my hips and thighs. I`m not a hearty eater, but I find whatever I do ( and I exercise regularly) I can`t seem to reduce the ugly bulge: my hips and thighs! Are there any special exercises for these areas. I need to lose inches desperately |

u just join gym they will help to tone up you body , just go for morning walk and wear black dress if u want to look thin |

Hi em gurjot em just 17 i want 2 loose inches from hips n waist my hight is 5'6 please tell me the fast way to reduce them as soon as possible. i eat normal diet 2 chapati's in my meals. |
