How can I gain confidence? At parties I find it hard to talk to people, I`m not confident about how I dress, driving, my looks, my height etc. What can I do?

nthig,,,u have to do one thing only that if u r a student then read weel it autometically give u the desire confidence and if u r a house wive then dont give stress on own self just smile and try to talk wid othr anly short info,,,
