Have a very important business lunch coming up where I need to entertain an important client. Should I choose only expensive restaurants? Is it polite to offer him a drink before lunch or not? Should one talk only business or is it okay to discuss personal issues as well? I don`t want to make any mistakes. Please help

The client has called you for business reasons and not personal reasons. Stick to business; try to give information about your business and find out as much as you can about his business. Make sure that there is privacy because your client may not want to discuss certain issues. Make sure you tell the waiter in advance (in private) to give you the bill.
