I am a concerned daughter. My father has been dealing with diabetes since the age of 40 and he is now 59. He has let the disease consume him and he does not try to do anything to take better care of himself. My sister and I have decided to conduct a family intervention to get all of us to change our life styles in support of his and our own health. I am doing research on diabetes and nutrition now but i am having a hard time finding South Indian recipes to fulfill a healthy diabetes diet. Do you have some resources or contacts that I could tap into for more information?

Don't eat more sweet . Reduce the amount of white rice and give him more vegetables. Ask him to go for a walk atleast 2 times a day for 30-40 minutes.
