Family get- together functions are fun events. I have always loved such get together functions. As a child, we used to have get-together functions at home and my brother and I used to have a blast of a time with our cousins and relatives. In those days, when there were no telephone and mobile facilities, family get together functions were held during festivals. Nowadays, mobile phones have made communication so easy. All you need to do is make a call or send an SMS inviting everybody home. Here’s a sample SMS that I send to all my relatives to invite them for a family get together:
Dear …..,
It is that time of the year when we all come together and share a few joyous moments in each other’s company. This year I would love to invite you all over to my place for the family get together.
