Post-pregnancy weight gain is one of the biggest health troubles that women face. I remember my time when I had swelled up to twice my original size and none of my earlier clothes used to fit. Even bearing the baby was not as tough as reducing this extra fat. For two months after my delivery, I did not do any exercising or didn’t even make an attempt to lose weight. When I decided to lose some weight, I started with a glass full of lukewarm water in the morning along with honey and lemon added to it. When it started showing some results, I also joined some yoga classes and followed the strict diet plan. Lost considerable pounds! Has anyone else tried something else? |
