Can anyone tell me the recipe for roasted soya chaap? One of my friends got that for lunch and it was good.

I don’t know if the others also prepare this in a similar manner. Roasted soya chaap first requires boiling the soya chunks till the time it becomes soft. Thereafter you need to sieve out the water and let it cool for some time. When it cools, just squeeze these chunks with your hands and make sure that you let out most of the water. Now, add very little oil in the pan and heat it well. Add the soya chunks and roast them. For the gravy, I create a mixture of onion and tomatoes in a mixer grinder. The ingredient that makes it tasty is Kitchen King masala along with the others. Add chunks to the prepared gravy and it’s ready. Has anyone got any other ideas?
