I think there is one child in my class who takes time to understand things. Can anyone tell me about the signs and symptoms of slow learners?

My neighbor’s son is also a slow learner and the other children in the society think the boy is mentally retarded but actually he is not. There is no known cause what makes it longer for them to learn things. Such children are generally referred to as gifted. They have no mental or physical disability but there is something that holds the learning ability. If you think there is some child who is weak at learning and understanding things, don’t judge him on anything. Sit by him and try to analyze whether he understands what you speak to him. If you feel there is something definitely wrong, connect to his parents and let them know about the issue. At a young age, these problems don’t appear to be massive but if proper attention is not laid, the child might end up spoiling his life. Has anyone else encountered any such child? Please share the symptoms if you have…
