I have absolutely no idea about this since I have never been through this stage but now I think I should start creating the base as I and my husband have been trying to conceive. If all goes well, I will soon have to seek such tips. I have heard women say that they take jaggery during pregnancy but I don’t know whether it can be harmful for the mother or for the growing baby. Can someone please explain in a little detail about what effect can Jaggery cause on the fetus? |
