When I was taking fitness classes, my gym expert told me to add guava leaf tea to my list of food. The method of its preparation was unknown to me then. However, I searched for the same and found out that it can be prepared in two ways. The dry leaves as well as fresh leaves can be used for its preparation. When using the dry leaves for preparation, it is better to boil the leaves at simmer for around 10-15 minutes in small quantity of water. Some teaspoons of 8oz water can also be used along with this. If you plan to use fresh leaves, the amount of 8oz water should be comparatively more. The taste of this medicinal type of tea is not so good but the benefits are massive. I have heard that this can also be clubbed with some medicinal ingredients for better skin and reduction in acne. If anyone knows the recipe for this type of preparation, please share that…
