Diet is the one thing that women need to be too careful about. I am not too sure about the proper diet chart that you should follow during the nine months but I can sure advice on what to eat and what to avoid for a healthy you and healthy baby. Avoid drinks containing caffeine. These generally include tea, coffee and chocolate drinks. These drinks not only disturb the sleeping schedule during pregnancy but they also increase the chances of the baby being underweight during delivery.
Most of the women feel that they should take sea food as it is rich in proteins. However, the truth is that there is mercury in the sea water that is also present in the marine food. There may also be certain bacteria present within the sea food which can lead to food poisoning. Milk should be completely pasteurized since the bacteria are likely to lead to food poisoning.
