Hi, I am a 35 year old man. I have recently bought a house and will be holding the house warming ceremony. Please suggest a format and the matter for the invitation card.

Congratulations for the new house. But why bother about an invitation card. You can send a short and sweet SMS and follow up with a call to those who are senior to you and need a little extra attention. Start by saying that you will be soon moving into your new house and you wish to invite your friends to a housewarming party and give the time and location. Be nice by calling everyone personally and I am sure this is enough. Getting cards is a hassle as you will have to hand-deliver them and that could be a problem if you do not have much time to spare. Also, an SMS is convenient and easy and saves a lot of time and money. What do you say, friends?
