Hi, I am a 28 year old woman and towards the healthier side. I have a wedding to attend and I am a little confused about the design I should pick for my blouse so that I do not look fat. Please advice.

There are a few things you might want to consider before getting your blouse stitched. Here are a few suggestions:

Avoid puff sleeves and sleeveless blouses because these will expose the flab in your arms if you have heavy arms.
Try three quarter or full sleeved blouses as these effectively hide the flab and look trendy too.
Try a boat neck or choli type neck for your blouse design
For three quarter blouses you can use brocade or net on the cuff for ethnic sarees to give your blouse a chic and elegant look.
These tips should help you look trendy and fashionable and hide your flab as well. Any other suggestions, anyone?

There are hundreds of designs for blouses available at the tailor shop or the Internet. Sarees suit all body types but it is important that you choose the right kind of blouse to make your outfit look complete and give you the right look. For this you need to consider your body type and pick the right design for yourself. If you are towards the heavier side with heavy arms, do not wear sleeveless or half sleeve blouses. Pick a quarter or full sleeved blouse and it will hide the flab in your arms and make them look slimmer. You can wear a blouse with a choli type neck or a boat neck. This will hide the extra flab you have on your back. Also avoid puff sleeves. They will make your look unnecessarily bigger. V necks will also work for you if you are heavily built. Can someone please share a few more designs?
