I have heard amla is good for hair. How can I make amla powder using fresh amla. Also please share ehte medicinal benefits of amla.

Amla is also known as Indian gooseberry. It is known for its beneficial effects on skin, hair and the digestive system. To make amla powder, dry the fresh amlas in shade and then use a mixer to powder the dried amlas. Amla can be mixed with water and the paste when regularly applied on hair reduces hairfall and improves the quality of hair. Your hair wil become darker and thicker by regular use of amla powder.

You can also boil amla powder with coconut oil to make amla oil. You can also drink fresh amla juice first thing in the morning and this will promote hair growth. If you can’t find fresh amla juice, you can mix amla powder with hot water and drink it first thing in the morning. This will keep your hair and internal system healthy.
