Hi, I am working with an NGO whose focus is to increase the level of literacy among women. We have planned to organize some awareness camps in different parts of the country to achieve our goal. Has anyone attended any such camp?

Women education is something which is a big problem in India 60 years after independence. Thought the government has launched several programmes aimed at providing education to women, the problem is still there because many people still do not allow their women to go to schools and colleges. The government and NGOs have coined many slogans in order to help people learn the importance of women education. Here are some slogans on women education: “The education and empowerment of women throughout the world cannot fail to result in a more caring, tolerant, just and peaceful life for all”; “You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.” Can someone share some more slogans?

 Hi Surabhi,

I have been attending camps since years and also design camps for NGO (AWO/AFI ) which strives for labour welfare, If you want to design it for women literacy, then at first decide the region and scope which would tackle the objectives of concerned Campaign.

It would be pleasure to connect and discuss the objectives hereby.

Regards,

Sagar
