Salim Khan is one of the best script writers Bollywood has ever seen. Together with Javed Akhtar, Salim has written the script of several Bollywood blockbusters like Sholay, Deewr, Trishul, etc. Salim was largely instrumental in making Amitabh Bacchan a superstar. Salim first marriage was to Salma, who is also the mother of Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail and their sister Alvira, who is happily married to actor-turned-producer Atul Agnihotri.
