Hi, I am a homemaker and our society is holding a drama competition in our colony for children. Please suggest a few Hindi skits based on patriotism. Our country is plentiful of patriotic stories. From Mahatma Gandhi, Veer Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Mangal Pandey or those of the soldiers fighting at the country’s border. I am looking for a script that depicts the fight that Mahatma Gandhi led against the British through his silent, passive aggressive method. His belief in non-violence and equality are qualities that we must instill in our little ones to make them better & responsible citizens. Please help me.

There a number of stories and songs, which talk about the struggle that our freedom fighters went through to free our country from the tyranny of the British Raj. You could use the story of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and his companions to for the drama. It is a very intense story and is sure to keep the audience captivated. These true stories are inspirational and will instill patriotism and love for the nation in young children. It is important that we instill patriotic feelings in our children at a very young age. Can anyone suggest more concepts on skits about Patriotism?
