Soya Bean Chap is quite easy to prepare. Firstly, clean soya bean chap and shallow fry it. Either slice it into circular shape or just cut a little and let it hang on the stick. Now, chop onions and stir fry them. Add tomato puree and fry it till oil starts to slick from the sides. Now, add spices and condiments. Use Soya Chap Masala for best results. But if you don’t have the masala, use a concoction of Kitchen King Masala along with Coriander Powder. Cook the gravy and later add soya chap. Let the chap soak its juices.
