You need 2 needles for making dori. One needle should be big size and the other small one, which can pass easily through the big needle. Now take 1`` wide cloth as per the length of cord and sew the cloth near to fold. Put the long needle on the one edge of cloth in between the cord. Use small neddle to stitch cloth with big needle. Ensure that the cloth is held tight. Do not break the joint while stretching. Try this at home 3-4 times and you will learn to make dori for blouse. Can someone provide link of website containing pictorial information of this?

http://abhivyaktiya.blogspot.in/2011/06/how-to-make-cord-or-dori.html, http://www.indiamart.com/salwarstudio/blouse.html, http://sitevelocitytest.com/how/how-to-make-a-dori-for-a-saree-blouse.html, check these websites. These websites are absolutely essential for anyone learning to stitch at home. These websites present an illustrated and detailed explanation of how to cut different dresses and stitch them at home with perfection. Many women have now started stitching clothes at home because stitching charges have skyrocketed. Furthermore, they can also avoid the inconveniences caused by tailors by unnecessary delay of delivery. By stitching clothes at home, you not save money but also get to use the remaining cloth for other uses. Most tailors tend to keep the remaining cloth for themselves and do not return it. You may not even know how much cloth has been used and how much has been left unused. As the prices of all commodities are going up, this is an effective way of cutting costs and saving money. In addition, you get to learn new stitching techniques and prepare new designs at home. You can also download design catalogues from the Internet. These design catalogues have hundreds of designs and the method of stitching them. Can someone please share a design catalogue?
