How to make project for Hindu family business

Hi, I am a business man and I seek help in preparing a project proposal for our family business. We are into the textile business and are doing well in our native town. However, we would like to expand our business by joining hands with a leading textile brand. I need to draft a project proposal for our prospective partner and I do not know exactly how to go about it. Can you please share a few ideas or a few sample project proposal documents for my reference? Also please advise me on what are the basic and essential elements that need to be kept in mind while preparing a project proposal?
