What to eat to get regular periods

Hi, I am not having periods at regular intervals which often pose problems for me. Can someone suggest me foods which I should consume that have regular periods?

Missing periods is a big headache for women but one can ensure regular periods by taking some foods which help in regulating the menstrual cycle. Here are some foods which help in getting regular periods.

1. Omega-3 fatty acids – salmon, sardines: Fish oils help in enhancing circulation of blood which helps in proper periods.

2. Non-white foods: Avoid eating white flour, sugar, white potatoes, white bread, white pasta, and white rice because they create insulin which disrupt menstrual cycle.

3. Protein – cottage cheese, lean meats, nuts

4. Vitamin D supplements.

5. Dark chocolates.

Can someone suggest some other foods to get regular periods?
