Diabetics need to be too vigilant in their diet so as to keep the diabetic complications at the minimum level. Uncontrolled diabetes can in fact be very harmful to individuals due to the multiple problems creeping up. There are some nutritional components that can help keep diabetic levels under control. Daily calorie count needs to be kept in mind and high-fat foods can be eliminated from the diet. Some of the foods that can form good diet for the diabetic include asparagus, carrots, spinach, brown rice, fish, chicken (in small amount), low-fat milk, beans. Sweets can be taken on rare occasions. Does anyone suggest me some other suitable diet for the diabetic?
