The backend process in a BPO deals largely with quality checking. Mainly general documentation and billing are the processes that are largely involved. The whole idea of having a good formidable backend support is to reduce cost margins in such manner that good productivity is sustained. These processes require good typing speed and accuracy. The work done at the back end is detail oriented and very repetitive but these important to keep the business going. What do you think? Do we really need these backend processes that too in a BPO?
