  Why is it said so often that Health is Wealth? Is it really enough to have a healthy body and not much of anything else? After all, one needs so many things to survive. How can they be let gone of just to preserve one’s health?

 “Health is Wealth” is an old saying. It is indeed true that health is wealth. The first and foremost duty that we all have as human beings is towards our own well-being. If we are not fit physically and mentally, there is no scope to achieve anything in life. An unhealthy person can neither study, nor work, and nor can he sustain good relationships. Hence, maintenance of health should be everybody’s top most priority.

Our body and mind are the assets granted to us by Mother Nature. In order to survive, all humans have to take care of these assets. You could either do it by way of balanced diet, exercise or combination of both. Taking a break from hectic routines and pursuing one’s hobbies is also an important part of one’s health routine. 
In absence of sound health, your productivity is bound to become low. This is what the line “Health is Wealth” directly translates into. With diseases and weaknesses, one can hardly put in the required effort to generate wealth.
Another viewpoint is that, no matter how rich you might be, there is no pleasure in any of your possessions if you are unhealthy. Having the fanciest of items at your disposal does not mean anything unless you can use them. Therefore, it is only fair to conclude that in order to enjoy your wealth too, you need good health. 
In today’s stressful times, each one of us must stop for a while and ponder upon the cost we are paying while chasing success and money. Even school students are under immense pressure to score well. It has an adverse effect on their health. Measures need to be taken to change lifestyles and follow a healthier path. But with cut-throat competition, is it easy to change one’s lifestyle?

Health is wealth but good health is wealth and for a healthy life we must engage in regular physical activities like sport, exercise or yoga. Have balanced nutritive meals by adding fresh fruits and vegetables in our daily meals and drink more water than routine. Avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine and have proper sleep.

That's so true! Nice tips Kelvin and Deepika. I wish you could give me some tips to stay healthy and fit. Since i am a working women and i usually don't get enough time to workout and exercise. Kindly suggest me some fitness tips!!
 
Also if you could suggest how to reduce tummy fat after Cesarean delivery??

ridhimajee fitness tips are

you have manage your shedule

you must share your 24 hours for a particular time for particular work

every day you must at least wake up 6 am and every night you must sleep at list 10 pm
the ideal time of getting good helth is wake 5 am and sleep 8 to 10 pm.

sleep is very much important for us.  nearabout 7 to 8 hour sleep is essential for working person.  in sleeping position our health is increase if we avoid it then we can reduce our body curing system..  becuse each and every human body getting self curing system.  for example dog.  dog always spread their tounge on their wound and it is cure withing 2 to 3 days.   also use vegetable in dinner.  dinner is always light.  because after it we cannot doing hard work like in day we do.
