Amla or Indian gooseberry is an herb which helps boost immunity. It is a natural source of Vitamin C. With mass consciousness shifting to organic and natural health treatments, Amla juice has gained popularity. It has multiple benefits for eyesight, digestion, hair, skin, blood sugar, liver, heart and lungs.

No prominent side effects of amla juice are known as such. Being rich in Vitamin C, it should not be consumed much in concentrated form lest it causes sore throat.

All in all, amla juice is a wonderful antioxidant. It helps lower the cholesterol, acts as a laxative, increases RBC count. The weakness of body and mind is cured by regular usage of Indian gooseberry.
