i am 23 year old , height 5.4 and weigt 70 kg. i am fat aroud my lower body like my butt, thighs and stomatch ....... plz help me reduce my weight |

ur hormones are causing u this trouble. u may tend to eat more than u need. but inspite of the hormones u can control ur intake. do a lot of walking too. if u can, walk 45 min mornin g and 45 min evening. and with controlled eatring. if u dont reduce within a monthj tell me !!! Raj |

Hi Shweta, A good diet plan is also required alongwith some exercise routine. Because a good fitness is a result of right combination of healthy diet and some exercise routine. Even, if any person says that he/she does not eat much, it also makes negetive impact on that person's body. Because when our body notices that low amount of food is coming it starts to store any food as fat on our body. In other words, our metabolism rate gets slow down.
