I have done my MBA in Agribusiness maangement. I am placed at bangalore.I have been in to the retail sector for more than 4yrs now. Now I am planning to take a plunge into the production line. My idea is to start the Production of Dosa batter on small scale basis. Can any one help me out in providing the deatils of production of batter for commercial purpose, packing storage and other details. Is there any centre in Bnagalore for training for such ventures. Pl let meknow anything and everything you could share

The market for ready made Dosa batter is doing really well.

One can easily start with minimal capital and take the

business from small scale to large scale.

you said it Nishita. All the best Harshitha. During diwali time, you can make Chakali powder ( Muruku powder) and sell. During Christmass time , make cup cakes and sell -- thru the shops and supermarkets
