The old school advice in this matter is available in abundance What I am giving you is the latest and most effective one. No need to spend hours in the Gym or at the tracks. Just for 15 minutes every day, do any vigorous exercise at the top of your capacity . Skip, jog,jump run,or climb stairs as if you are being chased by a lion. You should be breathless and streams of sweats must be running on your body. But please take suitable precautions like warming up before and cooling down afterwards.Also maintain proper balance and start the regime gradually. And see the magic in 15 days!!!! |

To loose weight ,it's common knowledge that you should drastically cut the consumption of sugar laced products, fried items, full cream dairy products,value added potato derivatives ,tinned and processed food articles and all kinds aerated drinks, mithais,cakes,pastries,sweets, kheer ,red meat,cheese, full cream milk,yellow portion of the egg ,butter,,white flour/ maida products.And increase the consumption of salads ,fruits ,raw vegetables,skimmed milk,plain water,sprouts,boiled & steamed items,whole wheat bread.In short avoid the five white poisons of our life::: Sugar,salt ,ghee,maida. &milk(full cream) .Drink at least 10 glasses if water daily. Eat your meals in small portions every 2 hours in 6 instances.Walk daily minimum 5 km any time of the day. These gems I'm giving you free. A dietician will impart a permutation combination of these basic facts in fancy style and charge you five thousand bucks for something that is available for the asking. The choice is yours. !!!!!!!

You are right Eskay. Common sense isn't common anymore. If it would have been for common sense, I wonder if this forum or such sites were needed! Common stuff is good for health but at times one needs to be specific. For instance, fresh and all good seasonal fruits may not be good enough for everyone and anyone. Sugar in fruits may prove to be wrong dose for some sugar patients. People with AB blood group should avoid most of the fruits including banana and guava as these lead to acidic condition. |
