Hello ,i am 28 yrs old married for the last 3 years and have a 2 year oldson.I come from a very respectable and rich family.My marriage is anarranged one and it took place in one the best place in chennai.Myhusbandcome from a middle class family and at the time of my wedding he wasworking abroad so after my marriage i too went with him.we gave him rs7lakhs as dowry and all the amenties were given .I got concieved andcameto my parents house for my delivery during my 8 th month.Till thateverything was going smooth between us .He came for my delivery andstayedwith me for a month.before my delivery itself he started asking formoneyto do biz etc and whe i said i cant he started enquiring abt my jewelsetc not a single day would pass with out a fight for us .its verydifficult to understand his character immediately after the fight hewouldcome and beg me or even sometimes fall at my feet then take me to somemall etc but i always tought once a kid come he will be normal.after mydelivery i stayed at my parents house cause it was difficult to lookafter him alone there.this was the time he started to change hiscolour.although we had misunderstandings i never susspected him atall.when iwas with him also he used to get a number of calls from girls which inever suspected i always thot it was common when your in abroad.when iwas in india after my delivery he used to call me once a week and smsmeregularly but as time went he started reducing the calls and sms.hestoppen enquiring even about my son.i felt some thing is wrong and wenttosee wat is happening there.he introduced me to a muslim girl who isdivorcee and having two grown up children aged 15 and 10 yrs old asThe meantime when i was in india he started his own bizwhich he didnt informe me at all.so where we go this lady also startedcoming with us if she comes he will laugh and enjoy,if he takes mealonehe will never open his mouth and will be very dull.once when we out fordinner another friend mistook that lady as my husbands wife and startedtalking to her i was standing next to her neither she nor my husbandopen their mouth .when i was in india tese two were happily goingaroundsome of my relatives are there when they told me they saw my husbandwith this lady i didnt susupect him at all. Above all my husband hasdonethe sunnath operation which muslims normally muslims do .all thesethings i never told my parents but one day i couldnt hide any more andtoldthem everything even they were shocked and at first refused to beleiveit,but later when i told abt the operation they beleived and spk abtthis to him for that he told my parents that this operation is normallydone to prevent cancer.when all this was happening his visa got expiredand we came to india .he said he is not going to work any more and willbo only biz and that only with that lady.he never cares for my sononce a big fight broke between us cause he was preparing to go the sameplace where he was working but did not inform me at all.i told hisparents but they didnt bother at all they keep repeadetly saying thattheirson is very good and i am lying inspite of showing them all theevidence.they are useless ppl cause if you give money they will doanything andnever expect justice from them.It has been nearly 5 months i havespoken to my husband i dont know where he is whether in india orabroad.hehas not enquired even about my son.

Sad to hear about the above content.Since you have young age better search for new life parter, but get a divoce from him, then search a new parter.if ur in chennai,consult some LADY advocate and tell her to file the petition and do the formalities,before that check wheather he is in india or abroad,and check where his parents, for filing the petition you need the residence address ,marriage photo and invition,if registerd marriage,keep copy of marriage certificate.

you will get a divoce with in 6 mnths,

court will provide a 6 months for fruitfull discussion, if not clear, you will get the divoce,for all you need is mony, it will expend about 10 to 14k in your problem.

i thnk u wl have to move ahead with ur life givng it a new dimension; start afresh. get into a nice career , get divorce becos no point in living witha man who doesnt care for u n has extramarital afairs. steer clear of his shadows from ur life by geting a divorce n a hefty compensation n start afresh; bring out the hidden talent in u n rise n shine. when gad takes somethng away from it means something still better is waiting for u. concentrate on ur son. if possible get married again becos u need companion ship n get urself busy with a good career. tc bye.
