I have been married 6 years. Somehow suspected my husband was having an affair, but didnt have any evidence. Now I have got enough evidence about his affair.Should I confront him or not? I am scared he will leave me. I am not working so I depend on him financially. What should I do?

Hi,
I suggest you first remove the fear , its he who has commited the crime and not you. secondly, talk to him and make him understand as what he is doing is wrong. If this doesnot help take support you other family members. Last resort is leave him and start a new life. But for God sake donot punish yourself by thinking you are financially dependent on him. |

In case of divorce (without pre-nup), you can get half of your marital assets (including all things he earned after u 2 get married) AND alimony (spouse support) out of his future income after the divorce. Financial concern should not stop you from confronting him.
