• Do not use excessive hand gestures

• Many people are quite nervous about the outcome of an interview which can trigger you to display extreme hand movements that often diverts the employer from what you're actually saying. While too high hand gestures look peculiar and wobbly, too low makes you appear weary and disheartened.
