The right way to eat your food is to eat it in small measures at least six times a day. Avoid the fatty and fast foods. Eat at least 5 different colored fruits and veggies.the darker the better. There are five white poisons one should avoid as much one can:Sugar,Salt,Ghee,Milk( full cream)Products& Maida. Drink food and eat milk.Have breakfast like a king,lunch normally and dinner like a pauper.Have your last meal at least two hours before retiring for the night.Stop eating as soon as you are full.It is better to throw out than throw in.
