Eating your food the right way is very essential as only then can you get all the required nutrition. If you don’t follow the right way then may be you are falling ill repeatedly and facing health issues.
Eating balanced meal is very important. Along with that you have to keep in mind certain things like you should not use too much of oil when cooking food. Oil is never good for your digestive system. Excess spices are also not very good hence opt for baked or grilled stuff. Don’t put in high amounts of salt as it is the cause for blood pressure. Don’t overcook your veggies as it loses the essential nutrients and hence resulting in no food value added.
Baked or boiled veggies are a healthier option. Do not reheat your food too often as that can destroy the nutrients from food. Eating microwave food for a long time can be harmful as it emits harmful radiations resulting in high risk health problems. So make sure you don’t do nay of the above mentioned things if you want a healthy and better you.
