You always don’t have to follow the detox diet to cleanse your system. Some consumption of herbs can naturally do it for you. Even nutrionists are of the same opinion. It is sometimes very important to cleanse your system after you spend your entire week gorging on junk food.

Coriander is one herb which is very good for our internal body system. It helps to keep our kidneys and bowel movements clean and clear. It helps to keep your body cool too.

Parsley is another herb which is very beneficial as it assists in digestion and cleanses your liver. It increases your body ability to soak up potassium.

Green Tea is recommended by everyone that it is good for health. It helps to protect your skin and flush out toxic materials from your body.

Garlic can cure many imminent health problems. You can eat it every morning one clove for your benefit.

Basil or commonly known as the Tulsi is good for everyone. It helps to build up immunity and it is a good home remedy for your cough and cold.

Include all these in your diet and that can be very beneficial for you. So a healthy and fitter you opt for some herbs. Herbs also enhance the flavor of your food so enjoy your food and stay fit too.
