You have finished with your studies and now ready to join the job market. After hundreds of interviews and elaborate job search you finally make a decision to join a job. But what is the reason of choosing it over the others. Make a check list whether the job provides all the needful then only you can say that it is your dream job which you are going to join. Select a company which has a good reputation in the market. This is important as it helps to enhance the look of your resume. Is the job which you intend to join in a convenient position? If it is very far from home then you should give it a thought. Find out what other fringe benefits you are entitled to. This will give you an incentive to work. If you plan to make a long time career in a particular company check whether you have enough scope for growth and then only you finalize on your job.

Tks for your advice. I just graduated and worked in a company. Sometimes I do not know what I want to do, with the pressure, I have to work although I don't like the job.
