Choose moisturizing products which are high in Vitamin E and A, collagen, emu oil, glycolic acid, elastin and Aloe Vera gel. You should drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Whether you will get stretch marks does not depend on the fact that your skin is good or may be your mother did not have. One should eat food which promotes skin health, like vitamins D, A, C, and E. Avoid caffeine, and exercise regularly to avoid stretch marks. Try to do some exercises which will help you to improve your muscle tone. Large babies generally lead to stretch marks. Control your weight gain by slowly gaining the weight. Do not undergo any rapid weight changes. |
