Forum    Working Women    Not Received Salary

Hi mam, I am Lavanya from Coimbatore. I was working in an unregistered concern. I worked there for nearly 5 months. Due to payment issues I had to quit. I informed him because of salary issues I am quitting and he too agree and asked me to collect the remaining salary. But until now he has not paid me. He neither gave any appointment order or I don't have any proof of working there. What should I do now?
