hi maa'm,basically mine is oily face.age is 28years old,in this age also i m getting pimples,actually my body full of heat,so that whatever i had that effects on my face.my body is full of dry.daily taking rice,gravy dishes,no zunc foods,then also y i m getting these pimples.pls suggest me.

1st of all ...Is ur skin Dry? i dint get wat u hv mentioned about skin type. Elaborate on that eg: u hv dandruff, or itchy skin or develop rashes on waxing , etc 2nd. you need to take steam 3-4 times a week. Before taking steam, apply Cleansing milk and wipe ur face leaving little bit of cleansing milk over the face. Steam shud last for atleast 15 mins 3rd. If u donot hav cough , include Green bananas in ur diet, and start getting habituated to warm water instead of normal temperature water or cold water. 4th. Sleep well. Sleep is really necessary for skin to rejuvenate 5th. Avoid stressing ur eyes and mind over unneccessary topics/activities 6th. Donot use Facewashes. Just splash water for 2mins continuously, it will act much better Avoid facials with very oily or very dry creams. Scrub is not good for ur skin 7, Avoid bleaching. Also take care that ur hair remains washed wen they realy need to. dont avoid hair wash. Before washing hair, apply enuf amount of oil to make them soft. not excess.

i'm 17 yrs old male .my body is full of heat.so many pimples are arising on my face.steaming also can't help me.i use nomarks soap.black spots are coming on my face after the pimples goes down.i sleep upto 9 hours.please give me some advices.

Hi my name is Neeru i am 28 yrs old i have also suffered from the problem of pimples from last five years i have taken lot of medicines to get rid of them but they were of no use and then someone suggested me to apply alum on face regularly for 15 min and then wash the face after 30 min and apply luke warm honey on face and your pimples will get disappear in few days ...

Hi I was also suffering with the same problem, I went to a salon in Chennai and they gace me treatment with skin miracle products and it became alright ..now they dont have this product..please help I am searching for this range
