I think monsoon is the most romantic season. But like the weather, my skin also becomes unpredictable. It becomes oily at times and then my skin turns dry again. i heard that tanning takes place even during monsoons... but then applying sunscreens make my skin greasy in this weather... i have heard of Maybelline's new compact called whitestay UV which has SPF 18... i was wondering if this can be an alternative for sunscreen, wats your opinion on this?

It is generally seen that make-up smudges in the monsoons so it is better that we donot put heavy make-up when we go out. Avoid using eyeliners or Kajal in this season. Also sunscreens can make your skin greasy an alternative to this can be compacts that provide SPF protection...you can ur shade here

Talking about monsoons ....It’s lovely to walk in the rain. It reminds me of the days as kids, when we were thrilled to splash and jump in the puddles... that was truly fun.

Now however, we are careful to keep out feet from getting wet and dirty...Not only do feet get really dirty in the rains, it can cause nasty infections too. There are some tips in the latest issue of Femina on how to keep feet soft.

Imagine bathing your feet in lukewarm water and having to nourish them with mositurising cream after a long wet time out in the rain...that does sound good, doesn’t it...!
