hey there is a superb way that has really given me and most of my friends a great relief... its just that u need to take a supplemnt food and rstrict your diet thats it

how to reduce my weight as i have no time to do exercises do agree that there is no time spare for exercises.no worries there is a solution to it.there is a supplement food tat exist which would give u a great relief.

No, Honey and Lemon are not the complete solution to lose weight.

One should follow a weight loss plan customized according to concerned person's condition.
