Rights of Private School Teachers

I am trying to get proper information on the rights of school teachers in private and aided English medium schools.
1. Is P.F. contribution/deduction mandatory?
2. Can a teacher enjoy Earned Leave and when will this be applicable?
3. Can a Teacher be given fixed salary for more than 3 years without any hike or incentive?
4. Can an employee who was granted a decent scale of pay of more than 10 years be deprived of the same without any reason?
5. What are the Rules relating to Leave and other benefits.
6. Whom to approach?
please let me know so that i can extend my help to those in need as part of my search for social justice

PF deduction can be started after the end of probationery periodbut thius period should not be more than 1 year.
