Before applying make-up, just pack eye in ice cube for 10 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes remove and place a very warm wash cloth on the eye for 3 minutes.

Thanks for the tips. Here is one more - To reduce dark circles, keep used tea bag on them for some time and rinse with cold water.

Choose a color that's a little lighter than your normal shade if your dark circles are deep hollows.
