I am 31 yers old my height is 5 fit i have a fat on my tamey please tell me how can we reduce it.

As you are just 16, you can grow just a bit more. Go in for some outdoor sports which will keep you fit and also help you gain a bit of height. Do add healthy food to your diet.

I guess excercise and balanced diet can help increase height, specially when taken up before reaching age of 20-21. It's been quite long since you started with it. Please share results. I want to know how much does that affect? |
