Suggestions for diet recipes

Hai all, Suddenly I started realizing that I am gaining weight in an alarming stage. So I am doing some exercises for 15-20 mins daily. I am also trying to be more active. I am walking a bit more than usual and am avoiding taking elevator at office. I have kept a check in my calories. I need good diet recipes which are easy to prepare in the morning with low fat and low calories. I also invite any other suggestions for reducing weight.

Look at the low fat recipes on sitagita.com. They are easy to make and easy on the body. Make sure you get enough exercise and take your time eating. That way you eat less! Viji

You will need: Sil Mango Mania Juice 1 Mango, chopped 2 tbsp Lime juice 2 cups Chilled water Sugar for taste 1 tbsp Mint leaves chopped Let's start Mix Sil Mango Mania and chopped mangoes in a blender along with the chilled water and the lime juice. Add the sugar if you want and mix thoroughly. Serve cold in tall glasses garnished with the mint leaves.

drink two glasses of oats boil 2 glasses of water and add oats, it will cook within 3 min add salt and drink
