I thought my marraige was an ideal one as I was voulantarily giving in to all my husbands wishes. So I stopped working, wore nothing other than sarees and also kept relationship with those people who my husband moved around with. Now after 5 years I have begun to feel that I need to get a job and this is what showed me what a control freak my husband really was. I do not want to end the marraige but I do want to have my say. Can anybody help

You have to work on it slowly. Someone who has got used to having his way is going to feel threatened when you suddenly want to break totally free. Have discussions and reason things out. I am sure it will work out. Viji
